Ok when im sitting at a red light idleing for a bite the rpm gauge lines moves down and up a lil bit. Is this normal? Or should I get it checked out?

 

It's normal and it's called a tachometer.

 

it is normal for it to flux i would say at most 500 rpms depending on what features you have running and so on. But if it is doing like a grand or more then something is wrong. Also if the car is warming up then it will flux alot untill warm.
