Does the 07' Nismo bumper fit on the 03'?

i really want this bumper but not sure if it'll work

It will fit fine but AFAIK, you will have a slight gap between the splash guards (inner fender liner) and bumper's edge. The 03-05 guards were a bit smaller.

The splash gaurd will not be the problem its the front diffuser your going to have to fabricate or drop 400$ from the nismo shop. It fits great!
