Hey guys I'm gonna go ahead and be the guinea pig on a new supplier since somebody ran out and the guys over at the bimmer forums are taxing the hell out of people for it. I found some on ebay for the low. $13+$6(shipping). I'll keep you posted on how it is when I get it.

Here's the link if you want to look/buy:

Hey Greg, I just wanna say thank you. I got my Fabric in the mail today. It really does look great. but its raining here so I have to wait for clear dry weather before I can apply it.

For all you others i will try and make a DIY from start to finish for anyone else who is looking to do it

Looks great but you didnt pay attention to detail on the wrapping because its going in a bunch of different directions....

how did you manage to get your shift **** off without damaging it??? i went out there to try today so i can wrap my console and before i started i wanted to see if the shifter was gonna be a hastle the i heard it being. sure enough i didnt see a way to get it off like most shifters by just unscrewing. so i let it be. i would rather go into this full knowing then winging it and damaging something

Nah I actually wanted it to be zig zagged. Shifter goes left, a/c controls go right, head unit trim bezel goes left along with the cubby door. Provides a contrast IMO.
