Default garage light fell on my car!

so the garage light fell on the hood of my 07 today It dented it pretty bad and i got an estimate from the body shop. $1700 to get a new hood, paint it and blend the fenders and bumper. I was thinking just to pay the $500 deductible and have insurance cut me the check and go aftermarket hood. so what would you guys recommend for my stock body 07Z? I was looking at
1. seibon ts hood/ seibon hatch
2. asuka type II hood

Do you think these options might be too much for a stock body?
any other suggestions?

Thanks,
Anthony

im just torn... asuka type II is so sick.
if i got the seibon, i would have a lot of $$$$ left over for other goodies. i also dont want to regret going with seibon because of fitment and yellowing issues.

thats pretty unfortunate about the light, but i guess its one way to force you to get the mods going. Go for your second choice.

Asuka.

*I had worse. My garage is very clean and organized, but there is trim molding on the second story wall (hangs on the outside on shelves). I come out one morning, and I guess a shelf or strap (holds them tight) went off and I found 10 16' crown trim molding had fallen on my trunk. It was a nightmare. It left dents on both sides, white paint marks and damaged my wiper. Dents are still there.

Seibon is garbage. Go with Asuka type II.
