well i got rear ended while i was turning left at an intersection, then the jerk decided to drive off. Couldnt file a police report because i couldnt get the plates or the driver description. Might as well get a new bumper than repair this one for $1100.

anyways what do you think of this bumper, the fitment looks a little off like the ings replica at the point where the bumper and trunk meet. But i really cant dish out 1000 bucks without paint.

I'd be warry of fitment issues with Ebay kits. I love that bumper by the way.

 

I would probably look at some of the sponsors here before I would do that... At least you can hear/see testimonials from happy customers, or the lack there of... My .02...

a lame situation. You should still be able to claim it assuming you have coverage.

In terms of that kit, who knows. It would be, at best, hit or miss. Maybe just pick up a cheap OEM one for now and save for a better version of the Chargespeed down the line if funds are an issue in this instance...

 

IMO the kit there on eBay not only looks like it has terrible fitment, but also does not look exactly like Chargespeed. I think Evo-r makes a chargespeed replica rear bumper and it's probably a lot cheaper than the real thing.

 

It looks to me like its the buddy club 2. I have it but I purchased it threw the buddyclub2 site. Lots and lots of work had to be put into that bumper to make it fit right. Hope that helps.
