Thumbs up (( Anyone knows 06 and up HID beam Headlight Adjustment !! ))

Lets says that im measuring at 27" at hot spot. There are Two cut off lines; (Top and Bottom) I don't know where is the hot spot for my 06 350Z. Should i use the Top cut off line to hit 27" or the Bottom cut off line to hit 27"

Dont look at the top or bottom lines. Look at the "hot spot", the brightest spot on the center.

Check this out:

The left side can never be really even with the right. If you try to raise too much, the left side will point up in the trees and still won't be even. They say this was done as too not blind oncoming traffic.

Yeah, That's what i'm planning on doing too. I just got my right headlight replaced so they're not 100% accurate. I'm just kinda lazy today. I'll get to it later, I plan on painting my stock brake calipers later today.

Measure to the top of the hotspot.

im still confusing man. If you don't mind, could you please mark it on the pic where the hot-spot will be?
is hot-spot located at the middle between top and low cut off line ?
For my 06 , it has really clear cut off line and i couldn't really find the hot-spot. it seems like top cut off line.

I'll go out and take a picture in a few minutes. Gotta go out and do some measurements anyway.

See if this helps. Is not my car, I got it from the net. So it doesnt look exactly like our headlights, but its pretty much the same in the fact that the left side is lower that the right.

Always glad to help. Just be sure to have a 1ft+ philips head screwdriver handy for the adjustments.
