A stupid yet simple question

i apologize in advance . To use the tow hook the owners manual says to remove that portion of the grill covering the hook mount.
How is that done? I'd hate to just start prying on it.

I broke mine... I could tell you how NOT to do it

There are tabs on the top rear portion that need to be unclipped. maybe a flat screwdriver to release the tabs? Don't pull on it, it will break!

I took the cover off when I mounted the Zee bracket. I forgot how I did it, but it was very simple.

You know what, I take that back. I take mine off frequently, so it's kinda loose. I can't remember what it was like the first time I removed it.
