Anyone delt with this company

They have a video on carbon skinning. Quite interesting.
Anyways, I've emailed them requesting info on their carbon rolls and resins on three occasions and have had no replies.
I'd call them but I don't want to pay $30 to make a 5minute international call. And no I don't have vonage or skype, just my local service.
