How to remove dash piece

Can anyone tell me how to remove the dash piece that goes above and behind the steering wheel and gauges?

I think the dashboard, besides the center console is all one piece. You may need to remove the entire dash

No the dash is in multiple pieces, I'm just not sure where all the tabs and screws that secure it are located and what other pieces need to come off to remove it.
