Just curious if anyone has tried to program one of the Altima/Rogue keys with the built in remote to work on our cars. I am not talking about the Smart Key, but the regular key/remote combo. I am sure the key blank is the same as what we have and we could probably place the chip from our valet key in one of these if the chip is different, but I wonder about the remote....anyone have thoughts? I would think it is possible and 2 weeks ago, I might have tried but now I have the
Viper 5901 and don't bother with the OEM fob anymore...

If you don't mind an eighty dollar experiment the Z community would thank you
for, give it a try...
