I was wondering whether the Demon eye mod was legal in ca. If its red its illegal right? I heard you could turn it off and on when you want it, is that easy to do? Or is the demon eye only for the parking light?
red lights facing forward are illegal in all 50 states. having said that, you can control any light by means of a switch mounted anywhere you want, at anytime you want. or you can connect it to your parking light circuit.

is there a diy for mounting a switch or connecting the red bulb to the parking light? I haven't found one. how hard do you think it will be?
Is it hard to mount the demon eye wires to anything? What do people mostly connect them to? The parking lights? And when you turn the switch once does it just turn on?
