Just bought my V2 bumper and lip kit and wanted to know how much they charge you guys to get it painted 2 tone so that I can get an idea of how much they going to charge me or if they are charging me too much...Thank you

 

Was interested in the same bumper before. Got quoted 350 for two tone.

 

When you get it, bring it to your shop so they can give you a good quote. Mine was $700 since they had to refinish the front bumper.

 

By stating "lip kit" are you refering to side skirts and the rear add-ons?
If it is a full body kit that has to be painted you're looking @ $700-1000 installed

Depends on whether or not they have to refinish it. 300 up if no prep, double that at least if prep is involved.

The place, I brought these parts to, charged me for prepping and painting

side skirts (red and black) - $150/each
front lip (black)- $150
rear addons *black) - $50/each
total ($500)

self-installed.

 

i was quoted $450 for just paint on front bumper and side skirts.. he said maybe $700 with installation.. i get the real price tommorow

 

we charge 350 for 2 tone including prep.

 

paint usually comes out almost perfectly matched id say 99%
