Default Center console in CF

I thought doing the dash and instrument panel was too much. So I decided on just the center console. I'm quite pleased with it, since the black was a bit boring or dull looking to me.

It's real carbon fiber with the 3M tape adhesive.

I got it form these guys: http://www.aaaexoticwood.com/
It's really just a part of their full kit. So it's a bit of a custom order. Call Constantine (732.340.0766) and tell him which pieces you want. The diagram of the kit on their website is pretty self explanatory.

Looks good. If you did the dash, it would have looked like this:

Thanks for the photos!

I've been thinking about doing exactly this since I have a scratch on the center console from when I had my alarm installed.

Can you tell me how much you paid for the partial kit? I thought about just replacing the factory panel and it is around $175 so I was hesitant to spend $199 for the carbon kit.

Thanks,

RacerX

Zakira, where did you get your dash kit?
It's not my car. If you look closely, that's a Fairlady Z.

One thing I didn't like about the dash kit (IPT or any other) was that they no longer make the NAV cover one piece. They say the curvature caused problems so they designed it with the Z cutout that you can choose to fill with the optional Z insert. That just didn't look good to me. I liked it as one piece. If I were to do the whole dash I'd do a true replacement through these guys. They do really nice work.

Thanks Parker, I was not aware of that option. My bad for stating the incorrect. I do know that AAA Wood does not offer without the Z cutout.
