Engine Bay Bolt sizes?
I am trying to dress up my engine bay and I can do it for much less than what you can pay to buy a kit from this site. All bolts are chrome and there hella cheap.
http://www.allensfasteners.com/default.asp
I just need the bolt dimensions for certain things in the engine bay.
Here is what I have so far.
Plenum
Long Bolt 6mm x 1.00 x 60mm (1ea)
Center Bolts 6mm x 1.00 x 50mm (6ea)
Outer Bolts 6mm x 1.00 x 30mm (9ea)
Washers 6mm FW Chrome (16ea)
Head Light Bolts 6mm x 1.00 x 20mm (2ea)
Washers 6mm FW Chrome (2ea)
Front brace bolts 8mm x 1.25 x 30mm (6ea)
Washers 8mm FW Chrome (6ea)
Strut Bar
Bolts 10mm x 1.25 x 30mm (6ea)
Nut 10mm x 1.25 (2ea)
Washers 10mm FW Chrome (8ea)
If anyone has any other info in regards to bolt sizes in the engine bay and what could be dressed up please feel free to add to the list.

Can't you just take the strut bolt off and match it up with a nut at the hardware store?
I switched my strut bolts out but have no idea what size they were. They had the exact same bolts as the stockers at the hardware store just not with that green'ish/black factory gunk color on them. I shined them up and they looked great, liked polished alumumum.
Now they are white powdery looking from oxidtation LOL. Time for a rebuff.
Think I tried using stainless allan bolts for the strut bar once but couldn't find any washers I liked.

If you go to the link below they have chrome bolts, that is what I am replacing them with.
I am going back to a hardware store tomorrow. I just wanted to order them tonight and so I was checking to see if anyone knew.
Someone came back with this.
M10 bolts 30mm long @ 1.25 thread pitch
I will have to check this to see if it is correct.

Yeah but that is crazy expensive, you can piece it together yourself for much cheaper. I ordered all the chrome bolts and chrome washers for only 71 shipping included. I do like the colored washers though. Someone sent me to a site that has them.
