Anyone with a LeMans Sunset Z with tint color other than "smoke"

I am considering Bronze or something like that, but not sure how it will look. Most Tint places don't stock colors, only %'s of smoke.

Also, what brand is most reliable and durable. It seems different places use different brands. Most have quoted me $150.00 complete. Unless I go with special order stuff.

I'm looking for ideas before I do something I might regret.

Bronze? huh?? on Sunset LeMans??? sounds pretty if it has a little rust color (orange) that would pretty tight.

I have a Silverstone and put on nickel colored tint on mine a week and a half ago and I love the way it looks. I'm nopt so sure that would match the LeMans as well though.

IMO smoke color is getting a little "same old" and boring. But that's just my $.02

 

I have a LeMans and I went with limo tint and am very happy. The black gives a nice contrast to the great copper/orange color. The bronze might be interesting, but it may just be too much of the same color.

 

I'mm getting such mixed opinions, hard to make a decision. I saw a Sunset with Titanium Tint. Pretty dark with some reflection to it. Looked good, but as said above, same old ... you know.

Going to the Import Show on Oct 4 at the Javits center. Hopefully there will be some Z's to get ideas.

 

I think itd clash pretty bad.

not a fan of colored tints, windows should contrast, I mad the mistake on my last car of having everything the same color(but not tints) and it just all blended, tho others liked it, I didnt.

 

What about for a Chrome Silver? I've though regular 20%, silver(but i think it would look odd), or maybe the kinda bluish iridium look) Anyone have any thoughts or pictures of tint on a CS?

 

As far as tint brand, I'd say Llumar. I've had 2 tint jobs done on 2 seperate cars, and the Llumar tint was quite a bit better. Granted, the installation quality could have affected this too, but when I get my next car(s) tinted it is going to be Llumar.

As far as tint on a Le Mans, I say go with Llumar charcoal gray metallic. I love that color. Stay away from the orange tint tho!

 

Pick the shop you want, and ask for a small piece of the bronze. Slip it on yourself quick and judge if you like it.

 

Tried the swatch idea. Still hard to guage. + the swatch he had, although "bronze" did not look bronze when on the window.
The whole thing has me stressing.
I think I'm just going to do a titanium llumar and see how it goes. It's only $150.00, if I don't like it, I'll start over.
