Default Bumper repair/shaving

I am going to attempt to repair some decent gouges in my front bumper as well as shave my front emblem. Does anyone know the best material to fill the stock bumper with? I was researched and found 3m plastic repair filler is pliable and works well..anyone else?

Don't Use BONDO!!!!!!!! You'll need something with some fiberglass in it. Most bodyfillers will show a light ring where the emblem used to be over time!! TRUST ME IVE DONE IT BEFORE!!! The reason being is that the emblem area is a deep area to fill. The area is to thick to use body filler. Use something with Fiberglass and make sure to prep it right. If you see the slightest line when you primer it will eventually show through the entire paint job.

You can Just sand down the original paint, its a pain to use paint stripper and a mess.

Haha yeah, I haven't used bondo for anything in a long time. Would spotting glaze be ok to use to fill rock chips and pinholes?
