As far as I know, as long as your '05 lights are HID's, then the '06's should just plug right in and work. If they're not HID's then you have a problem.

I was under the impression it was much more complicated, you would need the 06+ halo shroud pieces just to start and some other goodies..

I currently have HIDs for my car. So your saying I wouldnt need to reconnect wires to complete the conversions? I've seen another thread about it, they had a whole instructions in doing it. But I need more info before doing it

wow I was under the impression you wanted to convert the actual lights you have into the bi-xenons by changing all the hardware, balasts, ect. Sorry about my previous comment about buying the halo shrouds. Yeah it's very easy to change to the 06+ as mentioned above, but going back the other way around I have heard there is a problem with the turn signals

as long as you're running HID's, plug & play.

You're right. When you go from 06+ Bi-Xenons to 03-05 HIDs the turn signals flash rapidly, like they're going to burn out. I don't know the fix for it though...

you can tap in an inline resistor that would slow it down, should fix it, or get the flash relay from the 06+ that might work
