Default How would the v3 front look like this??

Alright fellas, so im trying to figure out how the hell i can get the v3 front bumper painted without having to paint the bottom lip that dark grey so i dont have to get the v3 skirts or paint part of my skirts grey.

Ive seen a few past posts where a guy got his lip painted the color of the car, but the problem is the supports in the air dam painted black or dark grey look like . Almost like buck teeth as you can see in the pics i attached.

Basically i took the pics and messed with them in MS Paint (VERY crude) but i figured maybe if i painted the supports in the air dam and some of the back, inside of the lip spoiler inside the dam that dark grey...maybe it would look good.

The only thing im worried about is that line where my CS colored bumper will meet the dark grey....im wondering if that will look like s**t with a blantent line where the color changes...but not sure.

Check out the before and after mspaint pics and tell me if you guys think it would look legit or boo boo.

if you dont want to F anything up. just get some black vinyl sheets and just put it on. if you dont like it, tear it off. if you do like it. then go for the real deal.

imho. if you're going to do the dark insert, you should paint the fangs and the insert area all the same color of black or grey.

Ya i def agree, here, it just looks like 2 dif colors in the pics i did cause mspaint sucks. It would def be the same color (the entire insert area)

Im just wondering what that paint line where the insert area meets the outer lip will look like in the middle of the day when the paint change is noticable.

At night or in little light im 100% it will look great.

Actually, im hoping it will look somewhat like your long nose front, but just not as long. i thought about getting that front but id rip it to s**t on the streets here.

No, its helps alot. Although its the standard paint job, i was just now looking for a CS Z with the nismo front done normal, w/o the v3 Nismo sides.

It looks much better on the CS than the PPW i saw. Thanks man, im still considering just getting the standard paint job.

I really think that orange needs the dark grey trim to pull off the look.

Ya im thinking about picking up the replica v3 in frp, and then just dying alittle inside while i fork over another $400 for the front diffuser.

Ive seen the ghetto diffuser mod with like brackets or a metal sheet connecting the diffuser to the the bumper but if im gonna do this, im just gonna get the real diffuser from nissan.
