Default Headlight helpp

So here goes the story. I had painted my headlights a couple months ago.My light were condensating so i baked them again. Then only one kept on condensating and it wouldnt stop for a couple week. finally one night my light went out. Fast forward to recent. The condesation stopped due to the weather but when i wash my car it would condensate. Keep in mind the light still didnt work. Then very strange thing happened. Just recently my headlight started to work. WTF Anyone have any input on this please share!!
