Right side seat wont move forwards or backwards (stuck all the way forward)

Right side seat wont move forwards or backwards (stuck all the way forward)

Any ideas? Can I manually move it back for now somehow?

unbolt the seat bolts (14mm socket)

and once you remove the seat from the car, you can see if the slider arm is engaging the tooth that the slider is attached to. probably the arm is bent or stuck on one of the slots

When you have the bolts removed and before you go to pull the seat (if it jams again) lift up one side and disconnect the seat belt warning connector.
