Question Possible to remove/tighten visor?

Does anyone know if it is possible to remove/tighten the visor on the driver's side? Mine seems to be loose and I wanted to see if I could tighten it. I see there are plastic shields or something around the area it pivots, but didn't know if I pry those off if they'll break or something.

I remember having a similar problem on my S14 back in the day but the screw was visible on that car so it was easy to tighten - not sure this is the case with the Z...?

I did a search and found people complaining about it and going to the dealer and possibly getting a new visor from them or sticking paper or something like that in there to hold it. Prefer not to visit the dealer on this and want something a little more permanent then a piece of folded paper being stuck up in there.

Thanks in advance.

yea its easy to do. there is a little plastic shield over 2 phillips screws on each visor base. there should be a nook in the plastic where you can pry it off with a flathead screwdriver. the phillips screws are normally in there really tight, so youll find out quickly if its loose or not. good luck
