Hey guys, I just bought my Z about a month ago and i was looking for my wifes earing she dropped and noticed a wiring harness under the seat. Its a 03 base with leather seats. I was lead to believe that bases didnt come with leather so they must've been swapped. In that case could they be heated seats, and just need a switch?

i was wondering what that harness was for too, i had the base and bought nismo seats and noticed the extra harness. but i think it was just for the airbags.

not unusual for various models of the 350Z. You will find dead-end harnesses in the Enthusiast for example that are for Touring options.

Unfortunately the 350Z is a wiring nightmare. A factory service manual is a good place to start.
