That is what has be a bit apprehensive as I don't want to have to pay for someone installing them although I'll probably give in very soon since I really like them.
In any case I cant wait to see more pics of the Z4 sidemarkers

Here are some pictures of the Z4 LED side markers in their package (each Z4 LED Side Marker ring is individually packaged and sealed, so one set will contain 2 individual packages)

I was under the impression that there would be tape the whole size of the emblem. Are those thin rings able to support it over time as water and other things hit it and what not? any concerns with that?

Ahh Im waiting on my dad to not hate me completely when I order them. Spending your parents money is about knowing when to do it. I realllly want these sidemarkers. 1 or 2 more days. How great a supply do you have to cover paid orders and future orders?

For the front lights.. what colors are available for the housing? I am wondering if you have other colors besides white/silver. I want it to match the car (red). Does it come in red?

Sorry, they only come in silver color housing, however, it's not hard to disassemble them and custom paint the housing, which is what some of our Z member's is planning to do when they get theirs.

Hey Andy, are the LED's on the sidemarker installed on the car in your signature clear or blue?
I'm still trying to decide whether to go with amber or clear. My car is chrome silver and I prefer clear but I would like to know how close your clear lights match the brightness of the stock HID xenon lights.
If I go with amber, how close is your amber to the amber strip in the light housing when it's lit? The reason I ask is that I've seen the amber bulbs on the StrictlyZ reflectors and they are a much darker orange than the amber strip on the housing light.

Our WHITE LED will match the OEM HID better than the BLUE LED.
Here is a picture amber front LED, which seem closely match the amber strip.

Suggestions
I just bought my set and I have a couple suggestions. Definitely include the correct length of wire, and include the wire taps for one thing. I would pay the extra couple bucks just for the convenience of not having to buy all that extra crap myself. Especially for someone not used to doing these projects. I spent 20 minutes at Radio Shack searching for the right connector, tap in, and wire. Now I had to buy a 25 foot roll that I will probably never use again. You should also tell us the guage of wire used, I had to eyeball it, and I'm still not sure if I got the right quage that matches. Does it even matter? All these little things adds up. From what I hear it should be worth it. To sum it up I definitely think you should include the extra 2 or 3 feet of wire, that saves one less connection to come loose. And include wire taps.

Can someone tell me whether I can use a wire I bought that has one solid copper metal thing with the ones the sidemarkers come with that has a lot of silver threads of metal?
Also, does the black ground wire get wrapped under a bolt on the car or attached to the black wire running to the light, be it the turn signal or parking?
