Default Clear Bra???????

Hi guys, i just bought my ultra yellow 350 a few weeks ago and one of the first things i did was pay $400 to have the front bumper completely refinished and i am determined to protect it from rock chipes this winter. im considering a clear bra but i dont know much about them.
I looked at old threads and i have some more specific questions.

When can i install one on fresh paint?
Can it be removed without damage?
Can i do it myself, and how??
How much should it cost for just the front bumper?
The biggest thing i need to know is where do i get it done professionally in northern VA??

I would appreciate any help you guys can offer me since your the only ones i trust for unbiased information.

Sorry if this is a repost!, im a newb!!!

Post this in the Mid-A regional section if you want recommendations for a shop to do it.

I bought this for my when i first bought it. Here's the link ( http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/NISSA...Q5fAccessories ) it was pre-cut, so the install was pretty easy with the help of Masking tapes and a credit card or something similar, and as for on fresh paint, go around and ask body shops if it'll do anything to it. Hope that helps ya out.
