I ran searches but no threads contained the information I was looking for.

I am working on an interior project for my '07. I need to know if the pieces that are titled by Nissan as FINISHER-P, the interior door handles that seem to be suffering from the white scratch mark syndrome, are the same sizes for both years 06 and 07.

When I called the parts department for the local Nissan dealership they told me Part # 80961-CF40E:

Shows on their database that it is described as a piece for the 07 350Zs. But the person on the other end mentioned that the pieces still maybe interchangeable and that the texturing may have changed from the 06 and older models.

My question is does anyone on the forums know, for sure, if the 06's interior door panels are interchangeable with the 07s? Not really caring if the texture is different I'm looking at fitment and alignment.

Unfortunately I don't have an 06 or below handy at the moment to do a comparison.
