Default Just got my car back from body shop AND THE PAINT...

So i just got it back, And the paint is a little off. My car is 2006 and 25k miles. Should i be complaining if its slightly off? The door is slightly off from the side skirts.

Did they blend? If not, it will be off most of the time.

Yes they did blend actually... but is it normal to be off just a tad bit?

I had to take my car back 4 different times to get it right but now its good. Make them fix it if its not to your liking. You paid or someone did at least if its an insurance job. Make it right.

I'd complain if it was an insurance job and get them to do it right. however i know that ppw is the hardest z color to get right. i've seen so many kits in ppw off in color.

If it super bugs you/you're a perfectionist, complain.
If its not a big deal and you don't want to be without your car again, let it go.

i always inspect the s*** outta my car whenever i give it to anybody. I even right down the odometer-you never know.. if it were me and I looked at it and it buged me, I'd take it back no matter how much they start not to like you because that means if you take it there again they will do it right and make sure its perfect the first time so they dont roll their eyes everytime they see you pull up in front of their shop! hope this helps.. post pics when finished

Its your car, you paid them to do a specific job, if that job has not been satisfactory completed, then request that they do it again.

The white is tough to blend. Is your car garage kept or do you leave it outside? Blending is an art, one person may be great and another not so much.
