Default Help - Water leak in trunk area

First time post but I've been lurking for the last couple of years.
Three weeks ago I bought a November 2008 build 350Z Track edition. The vehicle is an ex Nissan Australia company vehicle and had 4150 kilometres (2500 miles for most of the readers on this forum) on the odometer. Everything has been going great and the Z is a vastly different a driving experience to any of my previous vehicles.

Yesterday I was checking under the spare tyre and found pools of water in each of the floor depressions. All up there was probably 250ml of water on the floor in the areas that I could see. I've sponged up the water and then had a heater blowing on the floor to dry up any dampness. As yet I haven't pulled out all the trim pieces around the floor to check for any more water however I cannot feel any dampness under the edges of the trim.

Has anybody experienced this before and what was the problem?

My thoughts are that it is water ingress from using a high pressure spray during cleaning or there is an underbody leak, due to a loose rubber bung or similar, which is allowing road spray to enter the vehicle. I've driven the vehicle in a number of heavy showers over the last week. My dealer is a 2 hour drive away so if there is a simple answer/fix I'll do it myself immediately otherwise I'll get it checked under warranty in a week or so.
