Default Can cruise bottons be moved to a non-cruise wheel?

I have an 03 enthusiast that has a steering wheel that is messed up. I can get a non-cruise steering wheel for a good deal but Im not sure if I can move over the buttons to the new wheel. I know there are issues with wiring, but if I used parts (i.e., spiral cable) from both, can it be done CORRECTLY? I know you can't add cruise to a car, I just want to replace the leather part of the steering wheel.

Thanks!!

eod, thanks. I read through that post and it deals with adding just the audio controls. so not sure still. might just bite the bullet and get it and if it doesn't work just sell it.
