Default ebay short shifter VS B&M SS?

okay so friend has 350z and didnt wanna make account to ask, but yea he wants to know if theres a diff between a ebay SS or the expensive B&M? advantages? personally i said go with the quality part but he still wants 2 know. lmk thanks

neither, keep it stock. there is a damn good reason almost no one uses short shifters in our cars, we dont need them.

I tried that ebay one that is branded as circuit sports, and several other names. A wholesale company sent it to me to try out, and see if we were interested in trying it. It was trash. Very noisy, and the lever action was nothing noticeable vs the Stillen one I have (I took the Stillen out to try this one and put it back in that afternoon).

The Stillen and NISMO shifters are worthwhile mods IMHO - both provide a noticeable reduction in throw vs stock, and have zero noise or fitment issues
