Instruction to take off arm rest

On the '06-'08, start from the rearward side of the arm rest and pull straight up. They'll pop right out.

05 not the same as 06 - 08.
Inside the area that is depressed down, kinda like a cavity, is a small round cover, pop that with a small flat blade screwdriver.
That will reveal a small screw that you have to remove.
Once that is out, you can pop up the assembly.
