I think the HR hood looks better when it comes to the Seibon VS and VSII. The two lines that run down the hood on the DE version mess up the flow of the vents especially on the VSII.

Since the DE doesn't require the hood bulge for clearance like it was made for... IMO it's rice (tacky). Let us HR guys have the one thing that makes our cars different visually.

Agreed. Would look cool if you did the full conversion including the head and taillights and front bumper oh yea and don't forget the HR MOTOR too!

i did use to own an 03 but that was 4 years ago so ive been out of the loop for a while BUT im VERY excited to be getting back in a z!!
It's not tacky or ricer IMO, just do what you like!
you can pm me to see what kinds of pricing I can get you on it if you like.

It's not different enough to stand out much, but to some people that's all that matters to them so have fun with it

If your going to use forced induction, you may have to get the 08 hood.
Tacky or not...

Terrible analogy. The hood hump is not a badge.

I'd say it's a visual mod, and its a preference if you like it or not. Just like everything else, lips, kits, wheels, etc.
