03-05 and 06-08 center console interchangeable?
Hey guys,
My question is this - my car was recently broken into and I gotta replace my center console (the one holding the triple guage on top by the dash) and possibly the lower console piece by the shift **** too.
If I were to buy BOTH pieces from an 06 - and get the new AC module box as well as new AC control ***** - would all of that bolt onto my existing center armrest piece that extends all the way behind the seat?
If that's not clear enough I can post some pics to illustrate. Thanks!
Alvin

Basically, I want to replace the top piece, the shift **** surround, AC control *****, and AC module (the white box that controls the AC system) all with 06+ pieces
I'm just wondering if all of those pieces would line up with the 03-05 armrest [the long black plastic piece that has the cup holders and extends all the way back behind the seat]

If it is possible, it looks like it would take some modifications. In my opinion it doesn't seem worth it. Look at post #6 and you'll see what I mean
