Since I was having a ton of body work done at that shop and had them do the clear bra, I had them throw some clear bra pieces on (door handles and some areas on the fenders near the wheel wells and areas of the side skirt that get tagged by pebbles and rocks)

Just paid the price that they quoted me for clear bra option.

Those who chip their door handle paint need to leave the Liberace jewelry at the house before they go take a drive in the Z.

here's some better ones .. they've come a lil ways since
ummmmm, the coverage is great but 1x1 looks fake and should be banned in my opinion. If there really is a shortage of CF "yea right like dimonds in the move Blood Diamond" then In my opinon 1x1 is a waist on the top side.

It is only good for strength on the under side with layering.

Tried it out this weekend... Not really diggin it... Maybe they will look better in the sunlight

My goal was to tone down the bright silver of the original handle, as the rest of my car's bright-work is becoming darker colors (headlights, reflectors, wheels, etc.).

The original color must be some sort of prismatic satin paint process or something, but they have "life" to them. Painting over them with a rattle can makes them look dull or lifeless, maybe even "flat" even though the paint is glossy.

I might try satin black next to see how I like that.

If all else fails, I will have a bodyshop color-match.

That's a little too dull, +1 on color match.

Here's a pic of my setup:
