Well this looks pretty serious. Is the right rear tire pointed straight?

I know how you feel. This is the result of hitting a tirewall at the track last Monday.....

Whew. That's going to take some work. The rear axle, suspension and frame will have to be repaired first. My guess is the RR quarterpanel will be cut out and replaced with new sheetmetal.

I asked the adjuster if it is totaled, he said no i wonder why. With that much damage and the frame is affected, is it still safe to get this car back on the road?

It's not too bad
That's a lot of work to straighten it back out. They're probably going to get a replacement quarter panel.

By the looks of the pic, there doesn't seem to be frame damage. The whole control arm and stabilizer bar may have been ripped/bent maybe even an axle (Then again I don't have X-ray vision) But when all is fixed its going to be safe to drive again so no worries. Good luck

the panel is $800 plus a butt load of labor cost probably a few K plus what ever else you have going on. The car was probably borderline totaled out.
