New story same sub:

Just ordered and recieved a new CF Asuka Hatch. YAY!

Once I opened it I saw UPS sciffed the rear and caused six small but deep scraches.

The dmg is not bad and the CF did not spider crack but still for the money I paid I want a new hatch sooo. I reported this to UPS not 30min after it was dropped at my door.

This time I was there but it was 7pm and the driver gave me an additude when I asked him to wait. So I refused to sign and he started to take the package so I just signed for it.

Told the vendor from this forum and they asked me "did you sign dmged"?

Honestly has anyone ever had a UPS driver that was willing to wait or are they all ****** here in FL. Herd UPS does not give em AC so I guess I would hate being a UPS driver in FL as well but either way. WTF!!!!

Is there any possible way to buy CF that is full proof?

I even have pics of me with a sealed package and clock and took pics like this every 2 - 4 min until the scuff was found then I took closeups next to the clock for a time line.

I even called UPS within the first 30min!

>< will this shipping nightmare ever end or do I just need to get out of the CF biz?

It's not the carbon fiber, it's just a big *** box that no one wants to take care of when they are moving it around because they hate their job.
