Question Body Kit help !

next week imma be getting a Vertex body kit, and i have a friend that said imma have problems with scrap the front bumper...

i have tanabe GF210 springs sitting on 18' wheels, but will be gettin 19' wheels soon.

i dont have a problem with scrapin right now, but would i have one with the Vertex front ?

i really dont know how low the front sits !


can you guys help me ?!?!

would i have a problem with scraping the Vertex front bumper with my car being too low if i get the kit ?

cuz i never seen it in person !

If you need to, just get different springs *shrug*. I don't see why it's an emergency. Also the next issue would be not seeing the kit in person. That's always a good idea.

most of us who are lowered scrape. take speed bumps and low dips diagonally/slowly and you should be ok. i scrape every now and then buts always UNDER the bumper and not visible. i shrug everytime it happens though. almost like bustin a rubber lmao

lowering springs+bodykit=a whole lot of scraping....like op said take it slow at a angle an you'll be fine....

Go on g35driver.com and search home depot lip.

That will keep it somewhat safe.

^ NO... my nismo v2 fiberglass bumper was repaired like 4 time already lol fairly cheap.. paint is the issue. Not a big deal since my friend owns a body shop. Anyways, body kit and springs will be low and you'll scrape... not a big deal if you are careful tho... first times will be like butt pain...
