It isn't from scratch molds. He's layering the pieces for aesthetics.

All for looks...I thought about making a mold and making pure cf pieces but that would take way too long and im not that ambitious....so i decided to just wrap them...and I am not sure yet about leaving them all cf or painting....I sat there with my boy for an hour when i had them on my car deciding what to do...So I am wrapping them, putting them on the car, then deciding if i want to paint some of it or not...Oh and yes I got new wider wheels picked out already....I think?

I would suggest that you paint the lower portions of the fenders and leave the very top edges CF

I've seen it done with INGs+1 CF fenders and it looked pretty cool.
