I have a Daytona Blue touring 6mt.

I bought wheels and tires from "Daytona" when he parted out his z. I love the wheels except for the finish, they are Volk SE37's but the are gold finish...I went to a paint shop to ask about getting the silver trim (door handles, z emblems) painted to match the wheels but he said it would be very difficult to make that look good...after walking around my z for a few minutes he suggested that we just take the door handles off and paint them Daytona Blue to match the rest of the car...sounded good to me, it would be pretty unique. If I do it I think I will get the center consol guage cluster painted blue as well...

Just wondering what you guys (and girls) think...

I'm going to the PA meet tomorrow 10-25...see some of you there.

Personally, I like the contrast the aluminum door handles have with my DB Z. Maybe get your wheels refinished instead.

I agree on match painting the door handles. I have thought about doing the same for my super black track. IMO the door handles are too much of a color contrast for the darker car colors. I would have also preferred that the handles be flush mounted for a more aero look and function. Otherwise, the style of the car is world class.
