Thumbs down BAD BUSINESS FROM 1ill350z!!!!!!!

I ordered mesh grille for V2 Nismo bumper around the first part of Feb. On 2/5 1ill350z confirmed payment. After not recieving the grille I emailed him on 2/11 with no reply from him. I sent another email to him on 2/15 and again no answer. I emailed him AGAIN on 2/20, his reply was "I will send you refund or tracking number by the end of the day!" Now on 2/21 (today), no refund or tracking number. This morning I sent him another email telling him that I have been very patient and I would like my grille that I paid for. Now here it is later in the day and still nothing from him. I guess that he needed $38 more than I needed my grille.

How much time does he need to get back with me. It would have been different if he would just respond to my pm's.

Im awaiting the day theres minimum number of posts before you can sell sh*t on here. I never buy from the private sale section and its only because of this 1% that does this crap.

Has that ever been considered? Actually having a minimum number of posts before you can sell something here? Im curious why it would be a bad idea.

^^ how long has that be implemented? i've seen people with less than 500post selling items.. thats from 2005 right? it doesn't stop ppl from posting ads.

for example:
1 post! lol
https://my350z.com/forum/exhaust/471...ml#post8162856

23 posts
https://my350z.com/forum/intake/4761...ml#post8162966

i can go on forever.. lol, but yeah.. its better to do sales locally, less chances of being scammed.

good luck OP, file your claim with paypal before its too late

They can have less than 500 posts if they've been a member for more than 90 days.

or they can have 1 post, buy a premier membership, and post a classified as their second post. IMO it should be both 500 posts and 90 days (not either/or) and get rid of the premier buy-in

So meet 1 of 3 requirements, well that obviously doesn't work. I say get rid of the premier and the 90 days and make it 500 posts before you can sell. Anyone willing to waste at least 2 months reading and posting on here is obviously an enthusiast.

There are obvious people to NOT buy from...most of the time the scammers are easily idetifiable on here.

I agree. Most of the things that I bought were from vendors. But on a side note vendors can do the samething.

It's mind boggling that some vendors cannot understand one thing. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE KEY TO SUCCESS!!!

Vendors should :
Tell customers the TRUTH:
If the product delivery will be delayed....tell the truth.
If the product is no longer available....tell the truth.
If the product has been damaged.....tell the truth.

Communicate with the customer:
If the product delivery will be delayed....communicate with the customer.
If the product is no longer available....communicate with the customer.
If the product has been damaged......communicate with the customer

Instead of losing sales vendors would build loyal customer bases when people know they can TRUST the vendor they are doing business with.

Truth + Communication= Trust
Trust + Confidence= Success
