Correct. This was done by a member (1ill350z). So please don't think I am talking about a vendor.

I have been really patient. I ordered it on Feb. 1 and here it is on the 22nd. All he had to do is tell me that he was moving and I would have been fine with that. This is the first response of what was going on.

You have pretty active on this forum for someone who has such a hectic life. At least 20 posts by you since you took his money. And most of them in the marketplace. Doesn't sound like you were too busy to reply to his PM.

I like others enjoy this website and are active on it, kinda like a stress reliever for me. Reguardless i have tied up loose ends and have made good on my end.

Why should the buyer need patience it was way beyond that. No matter if the seller is moving or what ever else has absolutely nothing to do with the buyer. his issues is his personal business and has nothing to do with the agreement. If i agree to purchase something i dont want to hear excuses the reason i aggreed to purchase is because the seller said he would come through. Yes things happen but moving is a lame excuse. Which is the #1 excuse used on this forum for delayed shipping.

well leave bad feedback then... that is exactly what the system is for. he came through so he says, so he isn't a scammer or anything, just a guy you should think twice on doing business with.

check itrader feedback when conducting business.

Seems like another instance where better communication could have avoided a problem. I fully sympathize with the seller's situation, and I am not trying to criticize, however he owes the buyer the courtesy of informing them of any delays and giving the buyer the option of cancelling the sale.

Glad to see it's being worked out.

I am sorry that this will sound like a personal attack, but I don't see how any of that is a valid excuse for it taking 3 weeks to ship out the item.

Going to the US Post Office Monday - Friday is not the only way to ship an item.
- The Post Office is open on Saturdays.
- FedEx / Kinkos is open 24 hours.
- You can buy postage online and either leave it for USPS in your company's mail room or call FedEx/UPS to have it picked up from your office.

Point being, you could have shipped it out if it was a priority for you. Obviously it was not and there is nothing that can be said to refute that. Did your work schedule, the move and your personal life become increasingly more hectic the day he paid for the item? Because I am thinking all of those were going on while you were selling the item. If that is the case, you had no business selling something when you knew your life was to hectic to be able to ship it?

Shipping is just part of the issue. The lack of communication is the biggest offense. I brought up that you were still active on the forum while the OP waited because it points out that you had every opportunity to PM him and read the PMs from him. If you had time to come on the forum and shop in the markeplace, then you had ample time to communicate with the buyer. I wonder how much longer you would have made the OP wait had this thread not started and had you not faced being banned.

As far as the personal life that you mentioned goes, I guess you chose it over your commitment to the OP.

You have a solid history of being a good seller/buyer, so don't cheapen that by making up lame excuses. Take some personal ownership for your actions.

all loose ends have been cleared up. I will refrain from selling anything again since my name is being dragged through the mud.
