New Paint idea
Finally getting somewhere on the outside and think it is almost time to paint.
Finally having the front lip painted gloss black on the V3 bumper and I am adding these 06 - 08 lights painted ppw "https://my350z.com/forum/lighting/478411-custom-ppw-bi-xenon-headlamps.html". I am also painting the entire hood except the vents.
Now I need to decide on the fenders.
1. Paint all cept outer lip and paint the edge of the V3 black.
2. Paint all cept outer lip and leave it offsett on the bumper.
3. Paint the entire fender cept a type of F1 spot CF.
4 Paint all cept outer lip and f1.
5. Paint all I hate CF and the world.
So please post up of what you think I should do and sry for the cheap 5 sec paint fix but I think it gives the idea of what I am thinking. If anyone Can photo shop it the pic is from my thread when I got my CW sides.
Thanks

Tell us what you really think!
Why dont you post up pics of your Z Mr Original gangster.
Furthermore I do not know of another Z on this forum or anywhere with painted CF fenders in this style that I am posting about. If you do please post up!

Ehh, the second picture definitely looks better. It would be better if you had vented carbon fiber fenders so that you could paint around the lines of the vent if that makes sense.
With all of that black and white, why red lipped wheels? I would get some new wheels first.
Also, are you going to paint the hood like this?

The wheels are going to be powder coated white.
Yes the hood will be painted cept the vents but idk about your pic as I can not view embedded/photo bucket pics when at work.

Option 4 (even though it's the fifth option), and I would cut myself
You should have made this a poll.
Actually, if it were me and my car, I would go similar to the schift's 'shop, 'cept I would paint match the side skirts down to the lip and leave just that bottom lip CF. I would also incorporate abushong504's idea about painting the hood and leaving the vents exposed.
I favor painted CF with a some exposed parts as an accent. It's a little more subtle look, and it looks like your car is complete instead of in a constant phase of a build. For example, what schift did with the emblem on the fenders. The fenders look stock, but when you see the emblem you realize they are not. See? Subtle!

Step away from the knife! j/k
It was a poll but had to leave for work so cancelled but thread without poll stuck.
I feel the same, in my pic I started I will paint the side skirt down to the top lip so it lines up better with the front bumper lip.
Yes I am thinking of this paint scheme for the subtle look as well.

I like those side skirts, BTW. What are they?
