anybody has dtm autobody nismo v2 replica?
if so how is it?
they now offer a painted nismo v2 and was just wondering hows fitment...

 

I think my buddy got his from them and it looks good. I just ordered the v2 sides from them painted. Hopefully have them on next week.

 

Ive done some business with them in the past and the quality of the products they sell are pretty damn good and there service is fantastic.

 

i just picked my Z up from DTM this morning...

The following things were done:
-Repair CF lip and other damage on my V2 front bumper
-Body work for proper fitment of front bumper
-Repaint front bumper
-Install front bumper (including custom brackets for TIGHT fitment)
-Body work for proper fitment of V2 rear add-ons
-Paint rear add-ons
-Install rear add-ons

Work was not cheap, but you get what you pay for... im a perfectionist and the car looks amazing and the fitment is now BETTER than OEM...

I will def be going back to them in the future...

Also, when i have some time i will make a thread with pics of the damage that i did to my bumper and the pics that DTM sent to me as they were fixing it... and of course pics of the final product... i still cant believe they were able to repair it so well and salvage the CF lip without having to paint it..

I should also add the turn-around was very fast and the communication was excellent... the progress pics they sent to me as each part was being worked on was a huge plus.

The bumper itself comes from ViS, not DTM. The replicas coming from them lately have seem to have been good for the most part.

I'm not sure what, but DTM has some form of relationship with M1, because when i was waiting in their lobby, their employees that work in the waiting room were constantly referring to M1.

However, regardless of the relationship, alot of people on the forum have been very satisfied with DTM's work.

Anyone know if either company make an Ings lip kit? Or where you can find a good quality replica?

 

alot of these company's are also buying their bumpers from ABS Dynamics and then just selling them at a premium however it will most likely be dropped shipped straight from ABS unless your having it painted etc... just look at the prices on these. fitment is also pretty good ill post up pics once mine is painted.

I have a Nismo V2 replica from DTMAutobody and the fitment was great!

 

I have a Nismo V2 from VIS (who DTM buys from) and I love it. No reason to think the fitment of the V2 front bumpers sold to DTM would be any less than what I got.

 

Mine is on its way to me today from DTM. Will put it on this evening and get some pics.
