350z with a trunk?
So i was confronted yesterday by a guy who i work with he was telling me that his brother has a 350z just like mine a black on black coupe but his rear hatch was somehow different and is seperated into a trunk space and a hatch when he told me this i argued that it would be impossable for it to be a 350z coupe with a z33 chassis it could be a modded 300z or a roadster modded with a hard top but that was also unlikely and he was just mistaken. he was so sure he told me he would drive it to work in the next few weeks does this sound possable or just a guy not knowing what hes talking about? (he is a body man we work at an auto body shop i doubt he was mistaken)

IIRC, there is an aftermarket hatch that like makes the back portion look like a trunk. It has a small flat window that would be perpendicular to the ground and it makes it looks like there's a trunk. I don't remember the name so I'm not sure how much luck I will have googling for it.

I found it my googling "ugly 350z hatch ever" and it was like the 5th link down lol

Apparently the first link I found is a knock off of a reputable brand's version of the same hatch. Strosek seems to be the original brand that makes it.

When he drives it in i will take pics, if it is what he says it is i would be shocked since i had never seen the car around town. but i confirmed the story with one of our painters he specificaly remembers buffing the roof, hatch and trunk of this guys Z and he swears its a hard top coupe 350z with a trunk!
