The JDM one is 400 more and is pre-painted G41 from the factory. If I get the US one I will be dishing out more for filling the holes + paint.

avg shipping in US for a bumper if you cant get it at the dealer local is 150$. What it cost from JP?

That is a very old pic that shows the nose well. If you wanna see current state check my CW side skirt thread or my paint idea thread. I am painting it Black now as my sides are CF but back in the day it was just the nose thus all white.
