Default Nismo bodykit?

Hi Guys,

What type of front bumper is on Chris Forsberg's car in this video? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uMj3NRPWFv4

It looks like the Nismo kit but without canards? Can you even buy the bumper like that?

Thanks in advance,

John

IMO S-Tune looks the best outta all Nismo kits thus far-

Simple, clean, effective.

It looks like that's an OEM nismo bumper, that bumper does not come with canards.
I'm sure you can order one from the stealership.

Wouldn't it just be easier getting the USDM version and then blocking off the reflectors? I'm assuming that's the only reason you want the JDM version, no reflectors? Your odds of getting a JDM nismo V3 bumper is slim to none.

dorikin, I dont get it. Its a Nismo v.3. Just like on any 07-08 Nismo. There is no canards on it and the reflectors are in it.

Skv012a, clean but I think the V.2 without canards is the cleanest. Of coarse I opted for the canards

I actually thought the last Nismo 350Z's had the V2's on them..

Yes, and I will get it. Might take a while but I will not waste money on usdm one to fill the reflector holes.

I was in your shoes with the same decision. Fiberglass or OEM Plastic/Urethane. I hate fiberglass so I went OEM.

And your entiled to your opinion but damn I just can not see why you would like that over the V3. I can understand about the rear that is for function but the sides and front bumper of the V3 is far better in my opinion than the V2 and V1.

It was not easy. I would use the unlock button to put the windows down. Then reach in and grab a thick towel I kept in the car. Then carefully open the door and put the towel on the edge so it couldnt hit the wall. Then carefully shoehorn myself into the car. The worst part was backing it into it

I have since purchased a 12x20 garage to put it in

Because spending $1,000+ for the JDM version isn't a waste of money at all when the only difference is the reflectors, to each his own I guess.
