Default Please say it isn't so

I came out of Costco to find this little surprise waiting for me.
My Viper 5901 alerted me to a violation and I went out in record time
to find an offending shopping cart nestled right up to the car.

I was told by another patron that the wind took an airborne cart right
into my Z leaving this scar. I went to get an estimate straight away
and it isn't that bad cost wise but I'll be damned if I am sacrificing OEM
paint on the quarter, door and bumper because of a shopping cart.

Anyone know anyone that is a master paintless dent repair guy that can
fix this saving my paint??

I tried Googling and using that old book formerly known as "The Yellow Pages"
and nothing, not a single listing for paintless dent repair/removal.

Only one body shop in the area has a guy that comes in but that body shop is
known in the area as a bunch of crooks....I doubt they would tell me the truth
if it can be done PDR since they'd rather do a big unneeded repair.

Try this:

http://www.dentwizard.com/content/11...umer_home.aspx

I've used them on two separate occasions and they were able to fix some bad dings on my door.

The body shop I went to is a few miles from that Costco and he seemed to think it did. No paint damage, not even a scratch and the wind was severe
enough even by his shop that he joked and said a piece of tarp he was holding almost took him in the air, straight to Cleveland.

I have the same thing. If that is the rear, it is a reinforced two layer panel and will be a ***** to work on without paint...

In this instance, parking far away worked against me. It gave that cart
the runway it needed to really take off.

The nearest car was 8 spots away....

No other cars to take the hit.

Sucks man, good luck with the fix.

Search on NJ craigslist (auto parts).. A guy local in NJ and NY will come to you for sure.. Send him that pic for a estimate.. There are actually a few guys available. I would have them fix what they can and get some Nismo over fender flares for a perfect finish..http://www.mynismo.com/products/?id=6137

If you want to travel I have a paintless shop that I brought my car into in Brooklyn. Located in Bensonhurst (right over the Verazzano).
