Default OEM Bra over clear bra?

Stupid question, but I do not want one rock chip on my car during road trips.

Is it okay to put the black OEM bra over my clear bra when I go on road trips?

Stupid ?, but I had to ask!

Well the main reason for getting one, is I hate scraping bugs on long trips.

Does this bra cover the entire front end and hood? Can someone show me a picture of it on the car, a frontal and a side shot?

Thanks!

try using 303 aerospace protectant on the clear bra(303products.com). The bugs should be able to be wipe off instead of scape off.

It should be fine as long the black bra is use for the long trip and then removed. But if dirt gets trapped beneath the black bra, it might leave minor scratch marks on the clear bra.

Black marks on the clear mark can be removed by using over the counter wax and grease remover, such as by 3M. I've even removed minor scuffed marks(actual bra damage) on the clear bra! Just be careful using it.
