I would like to continue using the engine under tray and inner front wheel shrouds that keep rain out of the headlight area and engine compartment. Is the Vertex Full kit front fascia setup to where it still allows you to retain those parts?

Authentic Vertex is pure sex. I'm not sure about the under shroud though, but you could retrofit it.

 

The Vertex USA rep claims that the factory (or aftermarket) engine under shroud and front splash shields behind the headlights will fit their authentic Vertex USA Full Kit. This makes the authentic Vertex USA kit more attractive than the Vfiber Velocity knockoff of it.
