Debating on which kit
Take this seriously...
You say you want to get compliments on your car, i do all the time. A bodykit isn't needed to do that.
Stick with oem body... atleast for now
Best thing you can do is spend that money now on a quality suspension to help performence and give it a nice stance. To me the stance can make or break it. To the untrained eye (just a normal, non 350z enthusiest), a dropped 350z will stand out so much more then the normal 4x4 status everyone else sees.
Pic up a set of wheels that fit it good. Meaning good offsets... and put some fat tires on it...LOL. Keep it simple.. those Konig have way too much going on in them and i know they aren't good offsets.
Get you an exaust...then an intake... some more supporting suspension mods... a couple diy jobs (paint inside headlights)... and then you got something that sticks out... not like a sore thumb. Keep it clean and simple. Then maybe you can start with some body modifications to compliment all your other work.
Check out the gallaries and see what appells.
Be safe and don't drive it like an idiot... we have seen it hundreds of times.

Go check the wheel and tire section. They have threads especially dedicated to Volks and other specific rims. And $900 total? I spent that on tires alone.
Take everyone's advice and just take it slow. Do a little more research and make good decisions from there. We all have dreams for our cars. Some come true some don't. I'm 11k deep in mods so far and I'm barely half way to my ultimate goal.
Have fun and good luck

Tanabe is a great exhaust, but it will need to be replaced for FI applications, but you probably can't afford that for about 5 years. Wheels LOL, what a joke, total rice, but you may be the envy of the civic crowd. Body kit, I bet you have watched F&F3 way to many times. Stock body is great, if you need to swap it up a bit, just wait to you drive the car and get you mind away from economy car status.
i say forget the body kit. spend the money on wheel and suspension and call it a day. a properly lowered stock bodied Z on a nice set of wheels is much better than a riced out body kitted Z with konigs.
Hey there everyone, I'm pretty much new here. I know for a fact I'm picking up a 350Z before the 15th of June, and was hoping to have a kit ready to install the day I pick it up. EDIT: How does this kit work for looks?

The wheels going with it, are potentially the Konig Hotswaps, which I think look dead sexy.

Besides that, the next mod is going to be Tanabe Medalion Touring system exhaust and Y-Pipe as well as the Tomei 2-Way LSD(Or the Quaife one) with some HKS Hipermax Coilovers. I'm still debating whether to run twins or a supercharger for it, as I keep hearing great things for both. I'm leaning on the twins though, simply for being a purist.
I love the widebody look, even though it does look a tad extreme. The last thing I want is for someone to scream 'Rice-Rocket" when they see my car.
I know it's a whole lot, coming from new a poster, but I feel I've done most of my research. Anything else I should know or take care of?
I guess I should also mention it's a street car that I want to look mean. I mean, yeah, I'll go out on the weekends or so and have some fun with it. Maybe slide across some corners and have a good day, but if I were to take it to a track, it'd definitely be for Time Attack if anything. I just want some style to go with the times.
Thanks!
-Matt
Edit: Major Changes!

Edit: Major Changes!
i tried to get him to stop posting on this thread before more people come and flame him...good thing i did. Lets hope our little friend comes back with a better mindset lol.
Did a lil' work on my car, hope you all enjoy it.

Wheels are MRR GT1's Powdercoated Black-Steel. Black paint is Kordova Black from the local shop, while the roof is black vinyl overlay that was color-matched. The white paint is a 3-Stage Custom WHite, compared to stock coloring.
My final add-on the exterior for looks(Besides the suspension) will be the Type B Visage Bodykit. I'm still debating on it though, simply because while it's a simple ground effects kit, it's also expensive for one.
