If you don't already know, my hood flew open on me at 40 MPH. The car is already a color shifting pearl. Now the entire car is being repainted in a DuPont Silver base with a lavender/bluish pearl (same color). I'm going a little stronger on the pearl this time so it "pops" in the sun rather than only on cloudy days.

My JP Vizage front end was hammered, so I picked up a INGS+1 used from a member in FL. I'm also having my guy shave the rear wiper permanently. I had one major dent above the right rear wheelwell that he did an amazing job of fixing with almost no body filler. He is also fixing every single little ding. This is 2-3 days of work so far:

Nope, I failed.

No, the latch was stuck open so it looked like the hood was closed but it wasn't.

No offense but thats one low end shop. Painting in the elements in high traffic area's at that, he's basically painting the car outside.Hope it turns out well
